The St. Thomas University Tommies downed the University of Prince Edward Island Panthers in AUS women's hockey action Friday night in Charlottetown.
With the win, the Tommies improve to 3-0 on the season.
The Tommies got on the board early in the first with a goal from Lauren Legault, who finished a feed from Eliza Snider and Teah Anderson.
Lauren Henman increased the Tommies' lead in the second when she capitalized on the power play to put the Green and Gold up 2-0. Paige Jackson followed suit, beating Panthers' netminder Marie-Soliel Deschenes with a shot from the point.
Abby Clarke earned the win in net, turning away all 17 shots she faced.
